基本情况:

刘晓楠,教授,天然产物生物合成与智能设计团队PI。长期从事天然产物合成生物学领域研究。针对具有重要药用价值和应用价值的天然产物,从“生物元件的功能筛选与设计改造”和“细胞工厂的系统构建与过程优化”两方面开展系统研究。基于功能起源进化规律和催化机理,建立生物催化元件精准筛选策略,挖掘并解析多种P450酶、甲基转移酶、糖基转移酶、异戊烯基转移酶的分子基础,首次实现了心脑血管疾病特效药物灯盏乙素、镇咳药物虎杖苷、抗癌药物紫杉醇中间体20余种天然产物的途径解析和异源合成;构建了目前全球最全面的植物UDP-糖基转移酶和P450酶数据库,开发集数据检索、结构预测、虚拟筛选以及供体预测于一体的网站云平台;建立了非天然P450酶人工智能设计平台和以解脂耶氏酵母为代表的非常规酵母合成生物学平台,实现抗抑郁新药苔黑酚葡萄糖苷、新型甜味剂新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮等创纪录高产;其中发酵法生产新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮项目已经完成技术转让。

2018年获中国科学院大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位;2015年-2023年中国科学院天津工业生物技术研究所博士后;2023年担任中国科学院天津工业生物技术研究所副研究员;2024年12月-至今担任湖北工业大学生命科学与健康工程学院教授。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、青年基金项目1项、国家博士后科学基金1项,以主要成员参与国家重点研发计划2项、区域创新发展联合基金1项等。以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Molecular Plant、Nature Communications、Research、Plant Communications、Science China Life Sciences、PloS Biology等期刊发表学术论文18篇。申请发明专利9项,已授权6项。获得2018年度中国科学院院长优秀奖、入选天津市第一批青年科技人才培养项目第三层次、入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。
