The Business Analyst place for the CBRE Business Analyst group supports a project manager and technical lead for business intelligence projects so focused on real estate data analyses for CBRE’s clients. And through data warehousing, visualization, and examination, because this position helps our clients optimize their operations across all service lines: facilities management, project management, finance, and portfolio administration, cost forecasting, etc.
An analyst works closely with our clients and database technical team to automate data collection from source operational systems, aggregate and standardize the information in a data warehouse, and develop Tableau dashboards and that benefit the warehouse to generate meaningful client insights. So the analyst will work with the Service Delivery team during the standup of initial solutions, and as well as the Expert Solutions Center Ongoing Support team post-delivery. And the Ongoing Support team focuses on maintaining and enhancing our business intelligence projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Computer Science preferred, and equivalent experience
